Edmundo Santacruz approaches piano technology with the precise ear of a trained musician. After earning his Master’s Degree in Piano Performance in 2009, Edmundo moved to Culiacán, Sinaloa, only to discover a severe shortage of quality instruments and competent technicians. Out of a personal necessity to maintain his own practice piano—which he imported from Arizona—he began studying the craft deeply.

What started as a frustrating challenge quickly grew into a true passion and a thriving business. Through rigorous study, specialized courses, and private training sessions with certified technicians in Arizona, Edmundo mastered tuning, advanced adjustments, and complete piano restoration.

Today, he runs a cross-border enterprise importing pianos for repair and complete overhaul. Edmundo has tuned and cared for hundreds of pianos across Sinaloa, Sonora, and Arizona. His trusted craftsmanship is relied upon by everyday piano lover, major universities, and professional concert venues alike to make sure every instrument sounds its absolute best.
